If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase,
we're here to help with an easy return or refund.
You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and the item need to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Customers will be allowed to exchange certain items for a new one with the exception of lip items. All customers please contact us via email prior to returning an item.
The customer has 3 calendar days to request a refund after receiving item ordered. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or the original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies. However, we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the above conditions are not met. Refunds will not be honored on sale items. All sale items are final sale.
